The LG Hub software works on my Windows 10 machine but not on my Windows 7 machine. Running the lghub application doesn't log any errors aside from a simple deprecation warning. I've also tried running it in compatibility mode but still no success. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried older versions, I've disabled automatic startup and have ran the updater as admin as well as the lghub as admin, I've tried starting it up with and without internet access - all of these scenarios produce the same black screen each time. It seems like I have a similar issue as Victorh. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to get the LG Hub software to open up on this computer. Martin, thank you for all of your suggestions and assistance in trying to resolve this. If you still have issues due to your mouse, but it is supported, contact LG support/ make a thread about it. Check the Logitech G hub website to see if your product is compatible to the app and isn't breaking the app due to it not supporting it. When i connected my mouse it showed that i had the latest drivers, but it was not the Logitech drivers, so i had to manually update them for each device.
